Platform Details
Supplementary information about the Wrenwickle system: its operational scope, the boundaries of its capabilities, and the access process in more detail.
What the Platform Covers and What It Does Not
Understanding the boundaries of the Wrenwickle system helps users form accurate expectations before requesting access.
Within Scope
- Receiving and classifying textual records.
- Organising classified records into a navigable hierarchy.
- Presenting organised records through a structured review interface.
- Linking related records across categories.
- Supporting enquiries and access requests through the contact channel.
- Flagging records that cannot be confidently classified for human review.
Outside Scope
- Independent verification of the accuracy of classified records.
- Processing audio, video, or large binary files in the current configuration.
- Accepting direct edits to records through the review interface.
- Operating as a messaging or communication platform between users.
- Storing or handling sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for the service.
- Providing legal, regulatory, or professional advice of any kind.
Classification Limitations
The AI-assisted classification engine works by analysing the content and structure of each record. Its accuracy depends on the clarity and completeness of the record and the breadth of the existing classification scheme.
No classification system achieves perfect accuracy across all record types. Records that are ambiguous, incomplete, or written in an unusual format may be classified incorrectly or placed in the unclassified queue for manual review.
Interface Limitations
The review interface is designed for use in modern web browsers on desktop and laptop devices. It is functional on mobile devices but is not optimised for small screens in its current form.
The interface requires a stable internet connection. There is no offline mode. Users who experience repeated connection issues should contact support for guidance.
Understanding the Access Process
Who Can Request Access
Access enquiries are welcome from individuals and organisations who have a legitimate purpose for using the information-organisation system. We do not publish specific eligibility criteria on this page, as suitability is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
What Happens After You Submit an Enquiry
When an enquiry is submitted through the contact form, it is received by the Wrenwickle support team and reviewed in the order it was received. The team will assess the nature of the request and may ask for clarifying information.
We do not publish average review times as these vary depending on the volume of requests. If you have not received a response within a reasonable period, you are welcome to follow up by email at [email protected].
Access Is Not Automatic
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically confer access to the system. The team reviews each request and may decline to provide access where the intended use falls outside the system's scope or is otherwise not appropriate.
Termination of Access
Wrenwickle Ltd reserves the right to suspend or withdraw access at any time if the conditions under which access was provided are no longer being observed, or if continued access would be inconsistent with the intended scope of the system.
Enquiries About Existing Access
If you currently have access to the system and have questions about your account or access level, please contact the support team directly at [email protected].
